About Lapilli: Lapilli was established as a family business in 1996 in the extreme southwest of the province of Avellino and has been meticulously managed by its dedicated team ever since.
Description: Greco di Tufo, introduced centuries ago, is harvested in late October. After three months of rest, the grapes deliver an exquisitely crisp and refreshing flavor, with hints of pear, almond, sage, and mineral notes. Apricot and peach stone fruits grace the palate, while a delicate kiss of pear enhances the wine's perfectly balanced finish.
Vinification: The grapes are soft pressed and the must be obtained ferments for 15/20 days at a controlled temperature, 15/17 degrees in steel tanks. The wines rests on the lees for several weeks to acquire volume and complexity before the bottling time.

About Casa Vinicola Botter: A family-run business established in 1928, produces wines of the highest calibre, sourced from organic vineyards in Veneto and estates across Italy. Specializing in vintages from the Veneto region - located 30 kilometres northeast of Venice - La Di Motte estate is the hallmark of their luxurious output.
Vinification: Grapes are destemmed and soft-pressed, then vinified using the traditional "submerged cap" system, controlled to extract delicate tannins and varietal fruit qualities. Fermentation and maceration take 12-15 days, with a temperature not surpassing 28°C. Upon completion of this step, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are complete. The ensuing wine is aged for two years, at least nine months in wood. barrels.

The Italian Pairing, vegan-friendly and with a distinct structure, greets the eye with an intense purple hue. On the nose, lush aromas of ripe red and black fruits. On the palate, a sumptuousness of warmth, full-bodied flavours, and soft tannins, complemented by a delightful persistence. Pairs best with grilled meats, roasts, and aged cheeses.
